Objective:
To drive the sales and product management strategy for Optical Transmission Networks (OTN) products and services, leading revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
- Driving and managing the Technology proposition and evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the company product portfolio.
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business commercial and technical customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and maintain senior level relationships in the industry.
- Creation of product-centric collateral, such as presentations and applications notes, to describe the features and unique benefits. Material and documentation related to the product. (Brochures).
- Analysis of competitive products and technologies and development of attack/defend counter-positioning
- A key contributor in describing, positioning, and marketing company’s products for RFI/RFPs (request for Information/proposals) from global telecom operators.
- Using the corporate knowledge base and interfacing with Infinera Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to respond to the Customer requirements
- Creation of product-centric collateral, such as presentations and applications notes, used by the Company Sales team to describe the features and unique benefits of an Infinera solution
- To play a key role in analyzing different carrier networking environments and in the development of optimized solutions, working closely with Marketing, Sales, PLM, Optical and other Engineering departments.
- Prospecting new costumers in order to get new sales oppprtunities in Mea but primarily in Pakistan.
- Achieve the sales target the company establishes.
Required experience::
- Experience in selling optical/packet transport systems and applications (DWDM, OTN,POTN, Ethernet/IP) – 15 years
- Working knowledge of carrier-class networking architecture and systems, including following technologies: WDM, IP/MPLS/GMPLS/Ethernet - 15 years
- Experience in responding to customer queries or tenders is desirable. - 15 years
- Good team-working skills with the ability to reach out and identify support resources across a wide range of company organizations - 15 years
Education.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer preferably with MBA.
Technical skills::
- Technology Knowledge (Optical Transmission) 15 years

- Documentation Skills (write ups, sales content about the product, reports.) 15 years
